We would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of X2 products. If you are not satisfied with the X2 product, you may return any unopened product in its original box within 30 days from the date your order was placed. Advanced Bio Development, Inc. will issue a full refund of the value of the unused product.
RETURNING AN ITEM
• Please refer to your packing slip for return information.
• Pack the product box securely in the original shipper cartons.
• Enclose the original packing list with the unopened X2 product.
• All products must be returned unused, in original condition and in the original product boxes.
• All shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
• For your protection, we recommend that you use FEDEX, UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Ship the return package to:

• Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the proper address.
• You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase of your X2 within 30 days of our receiving your properly returned product.
DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Representative immediately, however, no later than 7 days after delivery at (845) 365-3838. Please supply the Representative with your order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail. The Representative will also need your e-mail address and phone number. We will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We will cover your shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.
